Payment Guidelines
Tennessee state law requires any type of federal or state-issued ID in order to sell scrap metal. We can pay cash via an onsite ATM for most items unless prohibited by state law. State law requires a 5-day waiting period for copper payments, and you must have an HVAC license to sell coils from AC units.

- Cylinders or other containers of compressed gas (including propane)
- NiCad-Batteries
- Radioactive materials
- Mercury / mercury switches
- PCB containing materials such as capacitors or light ballasts
- Liquids of any type
- Flammable materials
- Trash, garbage, concrete and other non-recyclable items
- Broken, cracked, or leaking batteries
- Office machines and electronic equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, scanners, computers and monitors
- Materials with strong or objectionable odors
- Materials containing asbestos
- Unidentifiable materials
